Responsibilities
- Develop and execute category strategies for packaging focusing on cost reduction, quality improvement, and supply chain resilience
- Lead sourcing processes including RFI/RFQ/RFP and manage supplier relationships and contracts
- Partner with engineering and contract manufacturers to influence technical designs and manufacturing requirements
- Perform detailed cost breakdown analysis and drive data-driven sourcing decisions
- Negotiate pricing, quality, delivery, and service terms with suppliers
- Manage supplier performance metrics including delivery, quality, cost, and innovation
- Provide technical direction and support new product introductions and lifecycle management
- Lead risk management and ensure continuity of supply
Education
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field
