Responsibilities
- Own the manufacturing value chain for electronics, avionics, and harnessing.
- Develop tooling solutions for fabrication and assembly of structural parts.
- Create process flows by breaking down complex assemblies into logical sub-assemblies.
- Write manufacturing documentation like work instructions and quality plans.
- Collaborate with contract manufacturers to establish repeatable and scalable processes.
- Work hands-on with technicians to build prototype hardware.
- Contribute to hardware design including interconnects and inspection.
- Travel to suppliers for sourcing, production issues, and quality implementation.
Education
- Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or a relevant hard science
