Responsibilities
- Manage a team of EWIS engineers including performance reviews and mentoring
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of wire harness projects from concept to production
- Develop and implement EWIS design strategies aligned with company and customer needs
- Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and quality teams
- Maintain EWIS best practices and continuous improvement processes
- Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support across teams
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in wire harness design
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to design decisions
- Guide electrical team in identifying system requirements based on stakeholder input
- Support fast-paced environment with new developments and active deployments
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
