Responsibilities
- Lead legal support for US Government contract proposals, procurement, and compliance.

- Negotiate licenses, services agreements, and oversee bid protests, litigation, and intellectual property matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business development, engineering, and outside counsel.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
- Licensed attorney in CA or DC.
