Amex Digital Labs catalyzes digital innovation at American Express by originating, incubating and managing emerging products and platforms that can be essential to our customers’ digital lives. We strive to emphasize creativity, customer centricity, and innovation. Focus areas include creating industry-leading digital payment solutions, using our outstanding servicing network and lifestyle assets to create digital experiences, and defining new products and services based on emerging technologies and trends.
The Global Digital Payments Partnerships team is responsible for launching, managing, and expanding new digital payments products and partnerships, including Apple and Google Pay, and for launching support for emerging digital payments partnerships. The recent technological progress in AI and the growing ubiquity of AI agents is reshaping today’s commerce journey and how Card Members will discover, book and ultimately make purchases.
As Senior Manager, you will help bring Amex through this agentic commerce and payments evolution. You will project manage the enterprise-wide workstream by working across internal and external stakeholders, build and evaluate partnership opportunities, lead major contract negotiations and help define the future product roadmap. You will collaborate extensively with the Digital Labs Product team and a broad range of internal stakeholders across Strategic Partnerships, Enterprise Strategy, Network, and GCO, in addition to managing senior-level relationships at external partners.
