- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of the litigation lifecycle and electronic discovery processes
Responsibilities
- Consult with litigation teams on early case assessment and ESI-related discovery obligations
- Perform ESI collection, processing, review, analysis, and production
- Manage data loading, conversion, and file manipulation using eDiscovery software
- Collaborate with client agencies to ensure proper ESI collection and preservation
- Organize and maintain case information for efficient retrieval
- Assist with training and setup of eDiscovery and trial presentation software
- Create detailed logs, reports, and summaries from eDiscovery materials
- Conduct document searches using advanced AI tools
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (3+ years substitutable for degree)
