Position: Executive Assistant
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to executives, managing their schedules, itineraries, and correspondence.
- Draft and edit emails, reports, and presentations with attention to detail and professionalism.
- Coordinate meetings, including logistics, agendas, and taking minutes, ensuring all materials are prepared and shared timely.
- Manage travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodations, and creating detailed itineraries.
- Assist in project management, tracking progress and deadlines, and ensuring alignment across teams.
- Conduct research and compile data for decision-making and reporting purposes.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, building relationships to promote effective communication.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and communication tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
- Prior experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
