Job Description

The Director of Revenue Management is a key revenue-driving role for Raffles Boston, Accor’s North American luxury flagship property. The Director of Revenue Management is responsible for driving total hotel profit optimization using a rational, disciplined decision-making process, while managing risk under current and anticipated market conditions. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business, hospitality, economics, or related field.
  • 3+ years successful experience in luxury hotel revenue management, preferably in the Boston market. Demonstrated record of high performance and success in previous roles.
  • Expert understanding of the hotel tech and distribution landscapes, including in-depth knowledge of all hotel channels, connectivity, revenue management systems, and CRS / PMS functionality.
  • Proven experience successfully navigating large organizations and driving progress with support teams to achieve property goals.
  • Proven successful experience working with and presenting to ownership groups.
  • Proven successful experience leading through an ambiguous environment and proactively and independently building new programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; can influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset; can gather, interpret, and leverage data for strategic decision-making.
