Sr. UX Product Designer, Mandarin speaker (Remote)
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with a strong product mindset to drive the end-to-end design process across a range of gambling-related digital products. This role is critical in shaping not just how things look, but how they work - from concept to delivery. You will work closely with product owners, especially in the Asia region, helping them define and refine product specifications beyond high-level briefs. Your ability to build user flows, define information architecture, and think through user journeys is key to our success.
Key Responsibilities
Product-Oriented UX Design
● Collaborate with product owners to transform high-level concepts into well-structured product specs
● Identify gaps in requirements, user flows, and logic from a design architecture perspective
● Lead creation of UX documentation including user stories, flows, wireframes, and IA diagrams
● Champion user-centered design by understanding real player behavior and aligning product vision with player needs
UI/UX Execution
● Design intuitive, elegant, and engaging user interfaces across gambling games and digital platforms
● Build and maintain scalable design systems, UI libraries, and visual guidelines
● Translate complex functionality into clear, user-friendly interfaces that support product goals
● Serve as a key partner to product managers, developers, and QA, ensuring design intent is preserved throughout production
● Facilitate design reviews and workshops to align stakeholders and drive iteration
● Support motion designers and illustrators by providing structured and clear UI specs
● Conduct competitive analysis, UX research, and usability testing to validate ideas and identify optimization opportunities
● Monitor trends in gaming UX, gambling mechanics, and regulatory UX compliance
● Provide actionable insights to the product team based on research and player behavior
Qualifications and Skills
Required:
● 5+ years in UI/UX design, ideally with experience in gambling, gaming, or complex digital products
● Deep knowledge of UX methodologies, product design cycles, and IA best practices
● Strong Figma skills (auto-layout, prototyping, components, design systems)
● Experience in helping teams shape requirements and close product gaps through UX
● Familiarity with gambling products
● Knowledge of motion design, animation principles, and HTML5/CSS handoff practices
● Background working with Asia-based product teams or multicultural product squads
