Overview:
1Resource Group is recruiting on behalf of a not-for-profit safety organization that partners with training providers across the Americas. We’re seeking a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to manage audits, support compliance, and maintain communication with training centers in alignment with a formal quality system.
This is a structured role ideal for a self-starter who enjoys working independently in a quiet office environment and thrives on organization, precision, and process.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule audits and coordinate logistics, including documentation, travel, and accommodations
- Serve as liaison between global auditors and training centers
- Track compliance tasks and audit progress in internal systems (e.g., HUB)
- Prepare and distribute minutes for biannual Centre Forum meetings
- Collect data to support budget planning
- Compile and submit monthly performance reports per Quality Management System standards
- Ensure work adheres to documented procedures and compliance requirements
Qualifications:
- 2–4+ years in training coordination, quality, compliance, or administrative support (experience in regulated industries like energy or petroleum is a plus)
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in both home and office settings
- Quick to learn systems and processes; tech-savvy
- Familiarity with audits or quality standards is helpful, but not required—training providedTop of Form
